Order Processing and Fulfillment
We process and ship orders from our warehouse Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipping details and tracking information.
If you do not receive this email, please first check your spam or junk folder before contacting our customer service team.
Order Processing Time
The order processing time is 1–3 business days.
Orders placed and paid before 6:00 PM (18:00) on a business day will begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM (18:00) will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated shipping transit time is 7–10 days, depending on logistics conditions and external factors.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the United States and France.
Shipping Fees
Orders of $120.99 USD or more qualify for free shipping.
Orders below $120.99 USD will incur a shipping fee of $6.99 USD.

You may track your order status at any time by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order details.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us by email within 24 hours after placing your order.
After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipping stages, and we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
